The tracking information is not easy to find. I would ask them to improve this feature. Their selection is great and they have always done a good job in getting the merchandise ordered to the recipient (I don't buy for myself but I do give gifts.)

Excellent service again! This is the 3rd time I have used Liquorama; all 3 orders arrived in excellent packaging and on time. I needed this last order to be delayed about a week in shipping (I was going on vacation), and there is a special notation area on the site where you can specify when you want the order sent or when you want it delivered. It worked perfectly! So far I have only ordered this particular product, but they seem to have an excellent wine selection and I would certainly consider them for any product which I could not buy locally.

Easy to navigate -- I was looking specifically for the Kijafa Cherry wine and used Google, and landed on this merchant's site. Very pleased with transaction; products available, shipped promptly (order also processed promptly), and received in good condition in the time expected. I wasn't planning on the Lindemann's Raspberry Lambic but was intrigued by the product description on the website, so made this purchase more or less on impulse. Did not browse much, but from what I saw the selection seems excellent. Would definitely go back for more, especially when looking for things not available in my local wine stores. Shipping charges certainly make it stupid to buy online if the product is readily available locally, but are not at all prohibitive -- about $26 regular shipping for 14 750ml bottles, and relatively cheaper for more bottles ($14 for 6).

I made a purchase online and had to have it shipped overnight. I called to make sure the item was in stock and would be to me by the next day. I spoke with a lady who said she would get it out right away. I got a tracking number about an hour later and it arrived the next day in perfect condition as promised. Great job by seller and I will recommend to others and use again.

I ordered several different brands and all were in stock. Shipping is a bit high but well worth it when you consider all the hard to find brands they carry. I had no need to contact customer service, their e-mails and package tracking kept me well up to date on the status of my order.

when i placed the order for 2 units, the web site said they were in stock. for the past 2 weeks i am told 1 is in stock and they are waiting for another to come in. 1 unit was for a 40th birthday gift which i did not recieve and missed the big party. i was offered a substitute if i wanted to pay the difference. if they wanted to be fair they would offer the substitute with sincere appologies.
