I have purchased wine & liquor about 10 times from Liquorama. Every shipment has been received quickly and undamaged. Their prices are better than I can get my area. I've never had a problem.

My item arrived two days later than indicated at time of order. I received an order confirmation, but no tracking information. The order was received in good condition and they responded quickly and accurately when I followed up via email to inquire about status. I would shop there again, but there is some room for improvement.

I've purchased from Liquorama.net a bunch of times in the past. They have always shipped out my orders very fast, they even offered to hang onto my wine in their cellar over the weekend so it would not suffer heat damage at the FedEx warehouse during the summer.

The label had a change on it from Central Coast to Napa. It took customer service a long time to inform me of this. I had to call to say where is my order. Once I called it was sent out and received quickly.

My credit card was charged the night I ordered but the order wasn't processed and shipped out until nearly a week later and it was 12 days from order date until receipt. The wine shipped was not what was ordered and the guy I spoke with about it tried to lead me to believe that the bottles really were the reserve, but they just didn't say that on the label anymore! It was shown on the label I placed my order from which was posted as being in stock. Maybe he could have told that to some one who didn't really know that particular wine and label(s)any better and could have maybe gotten by with it. I will never attempt to order from Liquorama again. Their business conduct is far from par.

I live in Chicago IL and find Liquorama has an excellent selection of wines, including many small west coast winery products not available here in midwest and all with great prices. Liquorama web site is user friendly and customer service is quick and helpful. I will order again - and again.
