Charged for their Screw up???

I have ordered from this company in the past and had been fairly pleased. The actual product quality is very good. I must say the trend toward lack of customer service is apparent.
In February 2008 I ordered two sets of sheets. I got the first set very quickly. The second I got a notice of back order. No biggie right. About three weeks later I receive a call from customer service asking if I wanted to cancel the backorder and have shipped right away a comparable set of sheets with just a few less thread count. I said that would be fine, especially since the in stock set was a tad cheaper. I received the replacement set right a way and again liked the quality. Fast forward 3 month. Guesses??? I received the back ordered item as well. Now it was nice and all but at $119 I could not justify having another set of virtually the same product. No return label in the box. I waited 3 weeks to receive the label. When they finally got it back to them they charged me a restocking fee. The reason they say was that they logged the reason I returned that item was that "I changed my mind about the order". Are you kidding me? I DID change my mind about the order because of their salesman REPLACING the order. By replace I guess to them that means charge me both. What made things worse was the replacement set did not have the free bonus pillow cases as the first did, and I had to order then as well. I have called customer service twice, Jade, no way her real name, has stated that I should see the credit soon. This after she had to get supervisor approval of course.
My advice is cross fingers when order and pray it is right the first time. Customer Service is NON-exisistent at this company.
