I am a very experienced online shopper and have never had this kind of hassle with any other vendor.
I have placed 4 orders with Linensource and not 1 of them has been completely right. I wish I had read the reviews at Epinions before I tried to deal with this company. The 1st order I placed was cancelled because the item was discontinued and out of stock although they seem to have found more a month later because the item is now available. One item on my second order (matching shams for a coverlet) changed backorder dates 4 times in a month. I finally had to cancel. My 3rd order has supposedly shipped, but their order status page shows that it is still in process. And finally, my 4th order shipped incomplete and customer service says it will take 3-4 weeks to determine why I didn't get all of the order. Their records show that all items shipped in 1 package, but I ended up with only 1 item in an undamaged package. There was no invoice, packing slip, advertisements, nothing in the package except my 1 item. I tried to convince her that the warehouse failed to get everything in the bag, but she still quoted 3-4 weeks to resolve the issue. While the customer service representative was pleasant, even when I got upset, she was absolutely no help to me. And to tell a customer it's going to take 3-4 weeks to resolve an issue is ludicrous.
