I ordered three things from lnt.com. Two of them came quickly and I had no problems with them. The other item was backordered. One month later I had not heard anything about my backordered item so I went online to check on it. I couldn't find my order online even with the order number given to me in the e-mail so I had to call them. I was told the item was still backordered. One month later (two months from the time I ordered the item) I called - still hadn't heard anything from them about it - and was told the item was still backordered and that it would be 15-30 days before I got my item. I cancelled the order and asked to have my gift card credited. They told me it would be 5-7 days later before my card would show the credited amount. Two weeks later the website didn't show that my card had been credited. So I called again!! And just try to find an actual person to talk to!! It's not easy!! I explained the situation to yet another representative. I was again told it will be 5-7 days before my card is credited. If I have to call them back, I'm asking for cash. This is ridiculous!
