I had purchased 3 items from this store, one of them being an engraved ring for my boyfriend. When the items arrived the engraved ring had a huge scratch on the outside and there was no way I was going to give him a present that looked like that. I also purchased a grab bag of rings that said they were gold tone and silver tone. All of them were gold tone and looked like they had came out of .50 cent machine.

I had returned both of the items and asked for the engraved ring to be replaced and that I get my money back on the set of rings. They gave me a credit for the engraved ring only. I paid $29.99 for the ring and they credited me $26.99. Not to mention I had to pay over 6$ to return ship these items. And the site says original shipping will be refunded if item is damaged, I think huge scratch counts as a damaged item and I should have at least got my original $4.99 shipping returned as well.

I had contacted there customer service very upset, because they were both shipped in the same package. "Ishmal" the gentleman I was speaking to put me on hold for over 10 minutes then came back and said his manager was out for the day and could contact me in 24-48 hrs. I asked him what his managers name was and he said well a representative from customer service might call you instead, Which I did not understand why I could not speak with one of those people at that time.

I was terribly disappointed with the quality and the customer service, and thanks to their mistakes my boyfriend did not get his intended birthday present. After I get my refund I am never shopping through them ever again!
