Placed order in ample time to get Santa gift for Christmas. Received email stating complete order shipped, charged my credit card for complete order and then when on Christmas eve I opened the box, one of the important gifts was circled in pencil and written next to it was "shipped separately". Customer Service was the WORST! Told me it was to come this week sometime so could i wait? I agreed, it never came so I called back today and was told it is on back order. Why didn't they tell me this the other day and then why also did they say it was on it's way?. After talking to customer service rep with no satisfaction or answers to my questions, I spoke to a supervisor who refused to expedite shipping on a backordered item. It is policy to send regular mail delivery. This was a guaranteed in stock item for Christmas! I would never do business with them again. I expressed my dissatisfaction over the lack of communication and horrible customer service and they didn't seem to care and they had no problem with charging my credit card. So in summary...THE WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DELIVERY, ORDER ACCURACY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
