The merchandise selection is excelent.There is no customer srvice,.If you call they say it is best to Email to get information regarding your order.I emiled 3 times and no one replyed.Online shipping info is not good. Says ordr "fulfilled" and no expected shipping date. Was very frustrating. This is my 4th order with them

Bored with Home Depot or Lowes' selection of lighting? This online merchant was amazing - soooo many fixtures to choose from with great photos and easy to understand descriptions about each of them. Ordering was so easy, and the price was right too. The fixture came super fast, and installed easily as promised. I can't wait to continue our home remodeling, because now I know where to get great lights!

The light was awesome; however, it was not capatible with my electrical outlet.. I was misled to believe it was a hanging fixture, but it was a wall fixture. Also, I was told that the chain was 6-feet long; it was 2-feet long. I returned it today, per the instructions of Universe lighting, RMA #103264; however, they are going to charge me a restocking fee anyway. I don't think this is fair, do you?

My light wasn't as pictured on the website. I spoke with two customer service agents: wendy, who wanted to argue with me, and luke, who went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. I would absolutely purchase from lightinguniverse.com again.
