NEVER EVER AGAIN- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company is strictly a middle man that drop ships from manufacturers. If you have ANY problem from damage in shipping to something more serious like TRUE damage in the manufacturing process, or even if you decide you don't like the fixture, they cannot help. They issue an RMA (after hours of negotiating) but then they don't EVER give you return instructions so the item may sit for weeks or months. They pass the buck saying the manufacturer has to issue instructions.
The manager NEVER returns calls, the hold time for customer service has been a half an hour or so in most instance.
Customer service is very unhelpful (even with their live chat and 800 number- basically they provide no help in getting the manufacturer to send return info)

Please- this is not a rant. I have 500$ worth of damaged goods sitting in my foyer for a month now that they haven't taken responsibility for. Learn from this review- don't order from them or any of their companies (I should have looked - anyone who spams URLs so that they get high searches should be avoided) This is not a real company- this is a drop shipper who offers ZERO help. High re-packing fees, runaround and incompetent 'customer service'
