I ordered several light fixtures for my new office, because the website stated that it would be shipped off in 3-5 days. However, I received an email A WEEK later saying that they wouldn't be shipped off for another TWO weeks. Since I needed them as soon as possible, I called to get more accurate estimated shipping date. This guy named Matt was very rude, and wasn't willing to help me at all. He wasn't sure when they would be shipped, and wasn't willing to find out for me! According to him, this happens all the time, and there was nothing he could do. So I cancelled the order, and ordered the light fixtures from a different online store (btw,a guy from the other store called the manufacturer and called me back with the estimated shipping date on the same day!). After one week, I received a package from lightinguniverse.com even though I cancelled the order! They charged me for the order, and told me that I would have to go through the return process which would take a week or two! It's been a week and half since I talked to them about the refund, and they still haven't refunded my money yet. I would NOT ever order anything from lightinguniverse.com!! I also found many other online stores that sell the same stuff cheaper with better customer service.
