I ordered 3 bathroom vanity lights. As I unpacked them, I noticed the first light was crooked. I attempted to fill out a return form on their site - it's been purposely disabled I found out later by the company. I called and got a CSR - she explained that because I didn't want the light, I'd have to pay to ship them back myself... in addition to a %15 restocking fee. I attempted to explain the light was defective, not that I didn't like the way it looked. While I had her on the phone, I unpacked the other 2 lights to find they were both crooked as well. I've now talked to 3 different CSRs and finally found one who agreed the merchandise was defective. He was great at first - returned calls and genuinely seemed like he was trying to expedite the returns.
I've been trying to return them for 2 months. After multiple phone calls and emails, I've only been credited for 1. I have emails stating I would be credited for 2 immediately - they're dated 28 days ago. I've submitted a complaint with the BBBonline to try to get the problem resolved. If you know exactly what you want, they have good prices. If you're unsure, know that returning defective merchandise will most likely take all your time and effort.
