I ordered over $2000 in high end ceiling fans for a new home. Of course they charge your card immediately, as expected.

I have been waiting two months and still don't have my fans. It's impossible to speak with a person. Why they even list a phone number is beyond me. Their website "customer service contact us" results are absurd, canned responses making you quite sure that no one ever looked at your inquiry. I have used it repeatedly and to call it customer service is a laugh. I just want my fans and I'll be done with this company forever! I would never recommend this website to anyone.

I ordered 2 sconces from them. I received the sconces about 3 weeks after ordering. I emailed them once about the sconces and they responded the next day and told me when they would ship. Overall a positive experience. Shipping a little slower than most.

This is the third light fixture in three months that I have purchased from LightingbyGregory.com and I have had excellent service and communication with each order. They have an enormous selection both in style and manufacturers to choose from satisfying both decorative tastes and price needs. The Clearance Sale Selection is extensive. I have already recommended this site to many friends!

The chandelier came in with one defective leather strap that the snap was broken but I e-mailed Lighting by Gregory & they sent me a new strap asap. I have been very satisfied with my purchases at Lighting by Gregory.

Hi, I am so glad to have this opportunity to share my experience. We ordered 2 paloma wall sconces on Feb 4th. The next day, I received an email from the co. stating that they received our order and that an order number would be sent on the following business day. I didn't receive anything for a week, so I tried calling. I got the voice mail each time and nobody called me back. I tried emailing their customer service dept and did not hear back. My husband finally got a live person on the phone Feb 23 but they were rude and put him on hold. He hung up after 30 minutes. Only after we called our credit card did they email me that the sconces were on back order. If they would have done this from the beginning, we would not have had a problem.

I ordered a Billiard Light from Lighting by Gregory with the expectation that it would ship in 2 weeks as was stated on their website. After 2 weeks I called to check the status only to be told that the light was back ordered and would not ship for 5-6 more weeks. I asked to cancel the order but was told by the sales associate that I needed do that by email. They could not cancel the order by phone. After sending the cancellation request I received an email from Customer Service informing me that was back ordered and would not ship for 5-6 more weeks. I already knew this. No mention whatsoever of my request to cancel my order. I have emailed them a second time with the same request. Still no response. Their Website still lists this light as shipping within 2 weeks. Overall, Lighting was very prompt in acknowledging my order. They certainly took money quickly. I'm less than satisfied with the response of Customer Service.

Excellent on-line store. This website has the large lighting selection. Received the best price for my lighting fixtures after reviewing several websites and visiting home improvement stores. My order was received within 3 business days. I highly recommend purchasing from this website.
