Finding the exact battery replacement that I needed was very easy. Product photos and descriptions were helpful. Product specs exceeded mfg. specs and the Level8's price was much better. I had batteries on two different laptops needing replacement within two weeks (Murphy's Law at work). One of my orders shipped immediately, and the second one was backordered, but the tracking was excellent, so I knew when to expect the shipments. I would definitely use Level8technology again, and will recommend them to others.

I was skeptical in making an online purchase because i needed the power adapter ASAP for school hw. I was searching the net to find the best deal but there are so many to choose from and I didn't know if the quality was going to be worth the cheaper price.
