I have not yet received my item. It is due to arrive today or so. If I have it today, tomorrow or the next day, I'll be happy. If not, I'll be a little upset. Customer service on the phone and through e-mail was very good and very quick. I only wish that when my order was received, I had been immediately notified that it was an uncommon item that is not kept in stock and that it might take longer than expected to be shipped to me. This is my first order with you and overall the system seems good. After 3 days of checking the status online after the Rx had been approved and still having it report back as in process, I had to called find out the cause of the delay. I was promptly helped once I called, but it would have been helpful to know as soon as the Rx had been approved that this was going to take longer than usual.

I am a repeat customer to LensDiscounters.com, unfortunatley my first order was packaged and delivered faster then the current order. It took several days for my order to ship and I have yet to receive the lenses.

I have ordered from this company a few times already and am reasonably pleased with them. They have the lowest prices I can find.

They respond to e-mails pretty quickly (Usually within 1 business day).

They sometimes take a day or two to verify the prescription and actually ship the lenses. This usually isn't a big deal, but if you need your lenses ASAP they may not ship your lenses the same day you order them (at least I have never had them do that).

When you order,they create you an account that you can use in the future, however it assigns you a weird username (something like a1337598) which I always forget. They have an easy to use username and password retriever though.

I think they have a re-stocking fee, so make sure you order the correct lenses.

Other then that, I recommend them. As mentioned earlier, they have great prices, good service and you get your order as expected. I like using them when there is no rush to get them and I know exactly what I need.

No, No, No, turn around now if you plan on ordering from this company!!! It's not too late for you!!!
My order was not shipped until 10 days after my 'script' was verified.
I ordered Natural Touch, Willow Green. The lenses weren't even close to being the same color green. The outlining of the lens were different also, one was thicker and darker. I should know how these lenses are because I have been wearing them for over 12 years.
When I called to return them and get a refund they charged me a 14% restocking fee.

Pay a little bit more from somewhere else and don't go through the trouble.

LensDiscounters offers my contact lenses at a great price! Thanks to them for carrying a wide range of lenses. Because my lens was a special order, they notified me that my shipment would come from Canada and when. It was 4 weeks between my order date and the lens arriving but I was expecting that. My only criticism is of the U.S. Post Office/Customs, who apparently opened my package and did not reseal it. I'm amazed the lens was not lost, given that the box arrived with all flaps wide open! Otherwise, everything was great.
