They had a great selection of lenses at great prices! One of the prescriptions was for a toric lens and even though the site stated it may take a bit longer to receive; it arrived along w/the regular lens. Would re-order through them for the pricing and quick turn-around time. Saved about 45% over what Dr's office was going to charge on the toric lens.

Twice I have received defective lenses that were already torn when I opened the pkg or which tore within 48 hrs of opening. Cust Serv was supposed to send replacement pkg. But when I called a week later, they couldn't find a tracking number, which essentially says they never sent replacements. Their "mess-up" has left me with NO contact lenses to use!! Also, Chrystal in CS Dept refused to give me the name of the President/CEO of company when I asked.

I have one suggestion that would make Lens Discounters "Excellent" in my book. I would like a reorder option where both of the people I order for are listed with their respective prescriptions and shipping addresses. It seems I always end up having to modify a previous order when I "reorder". Thank you!

I needed to order replacement lens in time for my vacation and chose lens discounters -despite the slightly higher price -because I thought they might be quicker than my optician and the other online firms I've used in the past.  Unfortunately, I have been waiting for a month for my lens that typically take 2 weeks (2 weeks and a few days at the most!) to arrive, and my vacation was spent wearing my uncomfortable old lens.  They claim my order was placed immediatley however, their on-line tracking shows that they did not order my lens from the manufacturer until 10 days after I placed the order and they charged my card.  Because I really need my lens and can't wait much longer, my optician has placed an order for me and conmfirmed that it will take two weeks to arrive.  So I've ended up paying twice and will have a back-up pair

I ordered contacts from them 2 weeks ago and still have not received them.  I called multiple times and was told someone would get back to me.  Never did.  I'm still waiting for a call back.  

  One rep even told me that they would ship out new ones since I didn't receive them.  When I called the next day to find out if they did indeed ship, I was told by a different rep that they have to determine if it was indeed lost before they will ship out new contacts.  They had to request tracking info from shipping dept. AGAIN since they never got an answer a few days back.  How long does it take to get a tracking #? 

Customer service will tell you what you want to hear, but won't follow through.  I haven't heard back from them about any undated tracking info.  They are horrible.  Buyer beware.

This was not worth the hassle.  I will be buying my contacts elsewhere from now on.

This is my third or fourth order from Lens Discounters and I have been very satisfied. I would love it if there was a way to put an order together from "patient records", as I have two children for whom I order. The "Reorder" option doesn't seem to offer quite as much flexibility as I would like. Thanks for asking!

I'm happy with the contacts and they really don't feel any different from any other manufactor. My son also wears contacts which are the Toric. He has had no problems with them. I really appreciate that your contacts are much cheaper than 1800contacts. I will continue to shop with LensDiscounters! Thanks Linda Gresham-Ross

Contact lenses arrived quickly, and prescription was right. The rebate form I requested was missing, but customer service promptly sent one to me when I emailed a request. They also quickly answered another email question about the rebate form. My only question now is whether the Ciba rebate will actually come--it seems very complicated!

I have been ordering for awhile with LesDiscounters. I like the ease of purchasing online and they have the lenses I require which isn't always easy to find. The delivery (whether I purchased 2day or regular) seems about the same so it isn't necessary to pay extra postage as it have never helped me receive my lenses any sooner. In all, this company has it going on and I will continue to order from them in the future
