I got an email response to my order saying that the new lenses might not be a perfect replacement for the discontinued ones I had tried to order first. It was the LensDiscounters website that had told me they were. And the order was filled with no further follow-up. I haven't tried them yet. Hope they're O.K.

If you want to get your contact within 2 months, I suggest you buy them elsewhere. I ordered my contacts over a month ago and I am still waiting for them to arrive, although they were listed as 'in stock'. For 3 weeks, the status showed as 'in process'. The order supposedly shipped over a week ago, but I'm still waiting although shipping only supposedly takes 4-7 days. I have tried calling them multiple times and have had 1/2 hour hold times without anyone answering, so I gave up.

They have been very helpful and responsive, with two minor exceptions (which are website related, not service personel)
It would be helpful to know what is in stock and what has to be ordered and how long it will take, and after telling them at least twice that they have a product shown on line that they do not handle (90 lenses for progressives) they still haven't taken it off their site. (the 90 day box would sell for considerably less than three 30 day boxes) I wish they DID handle it!
Overall all tho, they are very nice!

I made my traditional order and recieved a email a week later saying they are contacting my doctor for my prescription. That Perscription is on file with you and has been used to order many times. I do not understand what is going on. I will be looking for another vender next time.

Good shopping experience. I like how the information is saved so that if it happens to be the same prescription it is easy to refill. The five dollar off coupon definitely solidified my decision to go with this website as opposed to another. It's not the site's fault or the delivery driver but I ended up having trouble because there were baby spiders on my porch that crawled into the box! I spent an hour and a half vacuuming up spiders in my house and trying to get the box open... never a dull moment here.

We ordered four boxes Focus Night & Day contacts on the web site on 12/16/06. The site stated (and still does) "Currently 100% of Parameters are IN STOCK." Our credit card was charged on 12/18. As of today we find that "[2006-12-26] -> Order is processing. Custom or toric lenses were ordered from the manufacturer on 2006-12-19. Waiting for lenses to arrive."

I have not yet received my item. It is due to arrive today or so. If I have it today, tomorrow or the next day, I'll be happy. If not, I'll be a little upset. Customer service on the phone and through e-mail was very good and very quick. I only wish that when my order was received, I had been immediately notified that it was an uncommon item that is not kept in stock and that it might take longer than expected to be shipped to me. This is my first order with you and overall the system seems good. After 3 days of checking the status online after the Rx had been approved and still having it report back as in process, I had to called find out the cause of the delay. I was promptly helped once I called, but it would have been helpful to know as soon as the Rx had been approved that this was going to take longer than usual.
