Not sure what question 6 means -- order was placed on line, not phone call or mail in form require to complete purchase. Product was ordered on Saturday, received product by the following Tuesday (3 days later). I was very pleased with the fast service. Web site for ordering was OK, but the fulfilment process was outstanding!

Their on-line "questions to the pro" was extremely helpful, and by following their advice I got a good fit for my foot (which is extremely hard to fit in shoes). Their website is easy to use; their prices are very fair; their service was absolutely excellent. Of all the many orders I placed that day -- theirs was the first to come.

Just a note not a complaint. I was suprised to find that the manufactures warranty is not valid as I purched this item from the internet. Also the packageing states that the instruction of use and posiblie the oner's manual of the regulator were inside the packing but they were not. Thanks Lamar White

I actually recieved the product a day earlier than I expected. It was too small (my fault) and a simple phone call took care of the problem. I received the new wet suit three days later. Excellent service.

LeisurePro provides a wide range of products but has a very convoluted order verification process. Numerous emails between myself and Customer Service were required to verify my Billing Address vs my Shipping Address, since they were different. I used PayPal to pay for the order and still they could not verify my identity. Although I live in Tampa Fl they insisted that they could not verify my billing address in Miami Fl..? I guess they don't use an atlas.

Well this makes my second order that I have gotten from them. The first had to be returned due to damaged backpack. The second order I ordered optic inserts and the package they sent them in was crushed flat. Thank goodness the inserts lens was not crushed. For the price of shipping it should be perfect when it arrives.
