The Dive Computer Screen Cover was defective and would not fit on / attached to the Computer. In the process of trying to get it attached the cheap plastic cover cracked. In order to get a replacement I am required to send the one that I just received back for them to examine before providing a replacement which could take weeks. Their other solution is to purchase another one and if the original is truely defective then at that time they will give a refund. So in the mean time because they sent out one that was defective and had a manufacture defect I the customer has to jump through hoops and is without the use of this part unless I want to buy a 2nd one and wait for them to decide if they are going to replace it or not. This is a cheap piece of plastic and only $15 - I would have expected them to replace it 1st - then ask questions -very disappoining !

Item was new, in original box, but did not include the warranty card. E-mail response was that they would send it right out, but have not received it yet (less than a week)

My only concern is the Warranty situation with AquaLung. The manufacturer tries to punish the consumer because they can't control their dealers and distributors. I know that LeisurePro will stand behind the product but I would like to have the security of the lifetime parts warranty that AquaLung normally provides. If I have any problems, I will be done with AquaLung and not LeisurePro!!
