Customer Service was Excellent Transport cost was expensive though reliable Was disappointed that the Oceanic Mask, I received has flat batteries in the built in light on top of the mask. While I have purchased before from Leisurepro I can accept this being not their fault rather a product problem. Some items were on back order, there was no notification from Leisure pro. When I called the customer service rep "Dave" was very rude. All phone calls made to leisure Pro customer service have been frustrating, the reps have never been pleasant or helpful. An excellent merchant. I ahve purchased almost all of my dive gear through them. The dive light malfunctioned on the first dive and we arranged to have it replaced. They did not add the Lanyard in the order , but are willing to refund the cost for me as I no longer want it. Great product selection and excellent customer service. I shopped on-line. The only thing I would have liked to see is a disclaimer that read "We ship to APO addresses".
