I shopped at quite a few websites and this was the simplest to use. The only thing that would have made the process easier would be a "compare products" button. Leisure Pro had the best prices. We received the shipment quickly. I just wish we could have had free shipping option that some others use.

The Neo Sport vest I received was supposed to be a 3XL. It said so on the package and on the tag on the vest. However it must be a 3XL for a Japanese or child. My wetwuit is 3LX and it fits. This vest was way to small. I won't be ordering anything else from them till they stop importing POS with no standardized sizing.

 BUYER BEWARE! The price on a regulator was good but Leisurepro neglects to inform the buyer that they are not an authorized dealer for the product, so the manufacturer won't honor warranty claims. Says product has a lifetime warranty,but from who? I have to hope any repairs won't be expensive. Go to the manufacturer's website first to see if the company is an authorized dealer. If not, walk away. 
I also made mention the warranty issue in my review at their web site, but they arbitrarily edited that portion out. They appear to be a shady and not very reputable company. I won't purchase there again, no matter what the price. I"ll deal with more reputable companies in the future.

Leisure Pro offers quality products at a good price. They have a good return policy as well. Cannot go wrong with this merchant. Once I received a newer version of a snorkel than what was depicted on the website. They sent me a return label and I was abel to ship it back at their expense and receive a refund.

What a bunch of wankers.  I'm done with leisure pro.  Buy a snorkel wetsuit package.  Wetsuit too big.  Send back for exchange, oh so sorry on back order.  Waited three months and couldn't use for vacation.  Oh so sorry still no wetsuit.  Called and asked whats up wheres the suit?  Do you want another brand?  Yes please we would like to use the wetsuit while were still alive.  Sent wetsuit of course different manufacturer different sizing and wrong size again.  Purchased 1,000 in new gear and wanted to return wetsuit for proper size.  Oh so sorry your 27 days too late.  The wetsuit is still new with tags, just want to exchange size.  Oh so sorry, we dickheads and cannot allow that.

Beware Leisurepro. I purchased a Suunto Mosquito dive watch/computer in 2008 from Leisurepro (LP) and used it successfully until now(3.22.11). (Subsequently I purchased a Suunto console, computer, pressure gauge, and compass for me and one for my wife. I liked the product) Now Mosquito watch/computer won't shift modes. Suunto recommends contacting retailer for dive watch/computer problems. LP said watch was out of warranty. I said I recognized that fact and wanted someone who could repair my watch at my expense. No answer. Then they told me that I had not purchased a new watch in 2008 ( Surprised me,  I believed that I had purchased a new watch at the time. Mosquito was being replaced by Viper, I believe, and there was no indication I was purchasing a reconditioned dive watch.) complaint1. I thought I had purchased a new watch. 2. No help from LP with watch repair (because they are not an authorized dealer? as for many products they sell!)This is the first time I asked them to help me resolve a problem with equipment I purchased from them and they failed.I have purchased dive equipment from them for several years-no more.

I also like the customer reviews, which are spot-on and have helped me make decisions as to what to purchase. I received the items I ordered within a week, but the box was smashed and the items inside were broken. I called Leisure Pro the next day and the customer service rep was very helpful and filed a claim with UPS and said it would take about 10 days. I called back when I didn't hear anything and was told it is 10 business days. Your rep looked up my order and saw the claim with UPS. He said that he would send replacement merchandise and I asked that it be sent directly to my son, since it was now past his birthday. Your rep did this and it arrived within a few days in very good condition. I was very happy with the service I received.

Received my dive computers as an older style with dead batteries. After emailing customer service I received reimbursement for new batteries and a $100.00 credit on my account. Leisure Pro's customer service is outstanding!
