So far I've placed three orders with this merchant (two of them fairly $izeable) and I have been satisfied with their service. I did receive one snorkle of a color other than the one I expected and a couple of items ordered were on backorder. Nonetheless, Leisure Pro offers a good selection at very competitive prices with good service and I would recommend them highly.

As a brand new diver, I was torn between supporting my local dive shop or buying cheaper online. In the end, I bought some things at the shop because of the service and information they provide me, and a couple of items online because they were just so much cheaper. Leisure Pro does everything in their power to hide the fact that they are not authorized dealers for anything they sell and that are violating pricing policies for all the companies they carry. This means that later when you go get your item serviced for warranty work, it is not honored by any dive shop or manufacturer.


BAD BAD practice. Beware. Buy only from authorized dealers.

Don't buy from these guys. They buy their stuff off international gray markets, undermining the manufacturers and hurting all the businesses that buy things through the right channels. Since they don't buy directly from the manufacturer their products don't have manufacturer's warranty or support. Yeah, they offer their own warranty, but it's not the same. I've heard nightmare stories about these guys, I'm amazed anyone has anything good to say about them. Their prices may often be the cheapest, but be warned: it's not worth it.

My experiences with them have been mixed, sometimes fine, sometimes delayed. I've only shopped with them a few times but after they screwed up one of my orders and didn't seem eager to correct it I looked elsewhere-- seems the same type of complaint others have. When I found out about their product sourcing I regretted having purchased anything with them at all.
