One of the items I wanted was not available so I opted to cancell the order of this item rather than wait for a backorder. Unfortunately I had already paid for the item via paypal. I emailed LeisurePro regarding a refund of the item and the reply was that I would automatically recieve a refund at a later date. I still have not recieved the refund and I do not feel that this was acceptable service. I have puchased thousands of dollars of dive gear from LeisurePro over the past two years and would expect that they would want my continued patronage but they do not appear to care.

I bought a Sea Life DC 1200 underwater camera from Leisure Pro. I took it to Hawaii and used it on my scuba trip. After going down about 10 feet the camera would not work. When I got back I wanted my money back because the camera was defective. They stated the camera was flooded but I know for a fact the camera was not because the camera still worked on land or above 10 feet in the water. They also stated that they can not refund money for an item that has been used. They were unable to explain to me how I can determine if an item is defective without using it. The only thing I can do now is warn others to stay away from them. They do not treat their customers fairly or stand behind their products.

I love this Store for prices and product selection ! But they need to check their Return Policy and the price for International shipping,my friends and me find ridiculous to buy something for 4 dollar and pay 33 dollars for shipping charges from USA to Canada and if you need to send back your product for an exchange you'll pay for that !!! they'll pay the return to you,OK but they'll forget to write in the return Invoice ***Return under Warranty*** So you will pay again importation taxes for the same product you already pay before.....Not funny....So if you buy from Scubastore in Spain they will charge you 16 US by DHL Express from Spain to your door in America,the return and exchanger gonna be for free...Amazing service and Return Policy from Scubastore in Europe and an example for Leisurepro...Why Leisurepro don't try to negotiate with another shipping company to fix this problem...Leisurepro !!! When I ordered my Pressure Guage, it was shipped that day and received in two days. I ordered a computer and transmitter that was being discontinued to save some money even though it did not have all of the features I wanted. At first, I received an e-mail stating that my items were on back-order and they gave me the option of swapping for a similarly priced computer. I decided to wait it out. The next day, I received an e-mail saying that the computer I ordered was no longer available so they were shipping me the newest version at the same price! This is a $1000 computer and transmitter for almost half of the selling price! I couldn't be happier with my purchase or their customer service. I will definitely be doing all of my shopping at Leisure Pro!
