 I would not shop here again

I place an order in February of 2008. I even received an email confirmation of my order. A few days go by and I hear absolutely nothing from them about my order. I call customer service only to find the item is out of stock, this is also with the site saying there are 15 still in stock. The customer service agent seemed indifferent, so I am guessing that this happens alot. She even told me that when the new year comes around they "throw up numbers" referring to stock inventory.

I will never shop with these people.

I just received my lambskin parka - on time - and am amazed at the quality and finish of my jacket. The detail really is excellent, the workmanship first class. The customer service reps were helpful and friendly and let me know the status of my order when I asked. A beautiful product, way above my expectations and a very positive shopping experience. I am going to order a jacket for my husband!

I placed an order Dec. 2007 for a Christmas gift. After a week I received no email confirmation of shipping so I called them only to be told my order would be shipped shortly. A week later no order at my door step so I called them again only to be told my order had been canceled because they were waiting for the hides to make the coat?? Website said the jacket was in stock! Very rude, unprofessional customer service. Would not advise anyone to do business with this company!

Customer service is just BEYOND dismal and frustrating!!! What a bunch of rude people are working there. Briefly, placed an order with them, paid with my legit virtual credit card # because I just didn't trust their basic looking web-site and probably they have no solid protection against credit card # theft. Moreover, charge didn't go through and when I called them up, I was told to call back in couple of days to follow-up on it... no e-mail, no reminders of any sort. Then I called them back - like I have nothing else to do than just keep an eye on this purchase - I was told IN A VERY RUDE MANNER that the order was canceled. Thank you so much, because these guys have no idea how to conduct business properly.

Don't trust them with giving out your credit card # since you never know how they will use it.

I purchased a fur jacket for my 22 year old son for Xmas and he loved it. The jacket was as nice as the ones that sell for 250.00 in the urban wear stores in the Baltimore MD area. The area was shipped very quickly for fast delivery.

Horrible experience:

On Dec.21, 2004, I placed an order for a Size-Large Men's Pea Coat to be shipped to Michigan as a Christmas gift. That evening when I called to confirm the order, I was told the item was Out of Stock whereupon I canceled the order with the phone representative. I left it at that and went on my vacation.

On the 28th when I returned, this item, in Size Extra Large no less, was waiting at my doorstep! Of course, I'd been charged for it. The next day when I called the merchant, they wanted me to pay to ship the item back to them which I refused.

They agreed to issue a Call Tag to have it picked up which they haven't done thus far (11 Jan. 2005). I'm doing a charge-back and never doing business with them again.
