STAY AWAY!!!


Ordered a leather motorcycle jacket with Euro style collar priced at $129.00 w/free shipping. Received a traditional MC jacket with slanted zippers about 8 days later. Not even close to the same style jacket. Even though it was their mistake, customer service would not pay for return shipping. They said that they would "reimburse me" for shipping, and that was after arguing with them for 15 minutes. Extremely rude customer service people by the way. Waited 15 minutes, and called back to speak with someone else. The guy was trying to say what a great deal I got with free shipping. I said "Hey, that was your bait to get a shopper to buy." He said to read the return policy and they will not pay for return shipping for my order. I said "I never received my order, I have someone elses jacket here."





Bottom line is that I'll return the jacket for a refund. I'm already anticipating a problem with the return, and see a credit card dispute in the very near future. I'll pay for the return shipping with insurance so I have proof. Sometimes we need to pay a little just as a reminder NEVER to SHOP there AGAIN.





This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences in my life.


NOTE: They may be doing business under different names. When I first called, it was leather coats etc. They answer the phone as "Leather Connection" and the new catalog that came with my order is Leather Connection by Sears.
