On-line shopping experience was good...the shipping costs are on the high side, which means I will only purchase items from Leaps and Bounds that I can't find elsewhere. I purchased a set of puzzles for 30.00, and the shipping costs were 7.30, almost 1/4 of the purchase price. Other on-line retailers charge a flat fee, for example Nordstrom will shipp an order, regardless of the cost of the order for 5.00. I would also like to note that I haven't recieved the item yet.

Since I had waited till 2 days before my daughter's birthday to order this item, I called Leaps and Bounds to be sure my product would arrive on that specific date. I was told that by using Express shipping it would arrive on that date. I asked if I ordered it over the internet would it still be delivered on that date. She said that it would. However, the product did not come until after my daughter's birthday. I later found out that the item would have had to been ordered by phone (when I originally called) to have been delivered on the date I needed it (which I would gladly have done had I been told)). I felt I had done everything in my power to be certain the item was delivered on my daughter's birthday. However, the customer service representative gave me the wrong information. They, however, did not feel they were at fault at all. I had to request the supervisor's supervisor before I was able to get my money back for the additional charge for "express" shipping.

We were shopping for a baby carrier for our older baby who is now 24 lbs. The Baby Bjorn Active we bought previously is still good but for doing chores and cooking, we needed one where the baby is at the side instead of up front. The EZ baby carrier is inexpensive and works well.

I was able to find a hard to find product - a car seat for travel purposes only. I apprecaited them carrying a diverse product line, rather than the same car seats that all the other stores had. I would shop there again.
