Order came in good time, clothing was in good condition and true to size. One item was incorrect (not in the size that I ordered. Plastic wrapping on the package was incorrectly labeled (label on plastic was size I ordered, item inside plastic bag was a different size) so it did not appear to be the fault of whoever packed my order.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I ordered a lot of clothes the day after thanksgiving and now they have had "inventory issues" and aren't sure they are going to be able to send them the send date is now 12/31/08-over a month after order-this is not like them but frustrating all the same!  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I love Lane Bryant on line it has a great selection. I was a little dissapointed at the outlet store in Katy mills mall. The selection was very small for a store of it's size and I could not find half the stuff in the store that I saw on line.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I normally only order online thru the store when they don't have what I want or need. However 2 of the items I wanted were not yet carried in the store. So I was forced to purchase online without trying them on. It was easy to use the money off coupon I had, and maximize my savings with the buy 1 get 1 free. It really was an exceptional value and frankly, It forced me to purchase MORE than I had originally intended.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The initial price on the website for the underwear was wrong. It was to be 5 underwear for $20 but the website was showing 4 underwear for $20. I emailed LB customer service. It was half a day before it was fixed. I thought they were to email me when fixed but they didn't. I just noticed that the price was fixed after a while.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

It was a good experience. However, I was slightly disappointed by the quality of the garments. Specifically, I ordered an evening wear top and skirt set. But, the color of the top and skirt were not exactly the same. The shades of black are different, but they are advertised as a matching set.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The tracking part, which was sadly lacking, was NOT Lane Bryan-dot-com's fault. There was no update between November 30th, and the delivery on December 3rd.
