Lane Bryant

Bras that I received were not the ones I intended to purdchase. I was trying to order bras like the ones that I already have. I wish that there were an easier or better description or way to match the bras so I would have got the ones I really like.

I will never order online again...LB shipped to my old address AFTER I updated my new shipping info...Customer serive gave me generic emails and didn't really even answer my questions...Numerous emails later they "kinda" answered but it was unacceptable the answers they gave...I AM NOT HAPPY

I enjoyed shopping at lane bryant at times for me the pricing can be a bit high but quality is good so when I'm able to catch a sale I try to go for it. Only problem I had was when I tried to order once items were in my I wish they stayed there. I would hope or wish it would be like actually shopping and not able to lose and item because I wanted to shop more and get more items and as I do the ones already there are removed. That's my only complaint.

twice now I have tried to order online and I receive confirmation online that they have what I have ordered and the prices are what were advertised. the first time I apparently missed a follow up phone call - but I never received any message to call. this second time the email confirmation that I received right after my online confirmation indicated that nothing I purchased was on sale and that my bill would not be 194.00 but rather over 300.00! with no other way to contact other than email, I did just that and then waited - it took a couple of days for a reply only to find out that my order had again been cancelled due a technical issue. I will not be trying this a 3rd time. thank you for your time

I have never been so happy to find a store that has such quality clothing that fits perfectly. I love the clothing and quality that they offer. This is the only store that I have found to put larger sized bras and style together and make them comfortable. Always before I bought bras that wre to small and uncomfortable for an outragous price and they only lasted 3-4 months. Now I found comfort and size for a better price not to mention duability.

First timer ordering through the website. This survey is the first contact before receiving my order. Quite surprised/dismayed that I haven't been notified by email a tracking number on my order and when to anticipate delivery. It's been over a week since I placed my order.

It's an easy way to shop and usually everything ordered is in stock and sent in an orderly manner. This time around though I ordered something and was not told it may not be in stock and received something in the mail to let me know it would be delayed or may not come at all. It would be nicer to know that before placing the order so that I could have bought these things elsewhere. Otherwise, wonderful.

I had an order for delivery through lb2me on May 9 and to the date of this survey have not received my bra but Lane Bryant has successfully received my payment without delay. A number of calls has been made to custormer service in which service was good. There has been a couple of attempts to resend my paid in full bra but as stated before I have not received to date. I really have a problem with this error. No contact from lb2me customer service to verify if my bra has been received nor a simple status call. I have a problem with this error. I have not requested a refund, because I really would like the bra that I have finally found that is comfortable and actually fits properly. I am above and beyond dissatisfied with my experience. I need the bra that was paid in full to be sent to me ASAP.

I have always had good expierence with lane bryant. This is the first time that I have not, Items that were suppose to be on sale were not and I had to e-mail them and I still have NOT recieved my items!! I am NOT HAPPY!!

I was a little annoyed that the website sent me coupons with a sale that started a few days after I purchased my bras. I purchases 2 bras and that was exactly what was in the sales coupons.

after you add to items in your cart please add a continue shopping button that will take you to the same place you were before adding the item to your cart. If it already exists, can it be made bigger so the average person can see it.
