Shopping experience was purchasing some shirts as a holiday gift and mailing directly to their residence.

I placed my order 11/26 and on 12/6 I got 6 postcards saying the Christmas gifts I picked out will not be shipping until 12/28 and IF they do not ship by then my order will be canceled entirely. Not only does this mess up my Christmas shopping I am now unable to go in the store to find these items and I am losing the discounts I ordered on line to get per their e-mail offers. This isn't just one item - IT IS ALL 6!!!!!!!!!!! I will be shopping at Torrid and other competitors from now on if this is not fixed. I won't be shopping where I cant trust that i will get the merchandise.

I called as soon as I had submitted the order and needed to add an item (it would have been free - buy 1 get 1 free). I was told that it was not possible because the order had already been shipped. Her tone was inappropriate.

I felt the order process time was excessive. It took one week for the order to be shipped. In the past, I had ordered items in the store and they were shipped within 2 days. I could have purchased the items in the store, using a coupon and have gotten a better discount. Now I will have to return the items and absorb the shipping charges. I would never order online again with this merchant.

the only discrepancy that I have is with the coat order that I had. I order to of the Pea Coats one in Red and one in Black both size 18/20. the Black coat came in a size 22/24, which is too big for me. I wasn't very pleased by this seeing as I wanted and needed to wear the coat as soon as it arrived. Francine McRae

I love Lane Bryant- great quality and fit though I was extremely disappointed that I could not use both a coupon and a reward cheque in the same transaction. To be honest I will probably use my Lane Bryant charge card less if I cannot redeem the rewards in the same transaction as a coupon-very lame.

I ordered 2 pairs jeans with this order, it said on packing list they were sent in the box, however, I did not receive them. I emailed the company, got a response but still waiting the results.

Shopping at Lane Bryant is easy. It will tell me if the item is out of stock prior to selecting the item. Shipping is fast and accurate. They always send tracking information so that I know when to expect my delivery. Great website to order from.

I like shopping online at Lane Bryant becuase I can find things that might not be available in my local stores but if something doesn't fit I can return it to my local store (although I am a little bummed that my local store is going to be closing soon).

The only problem I had was that the photo of the blouse on the internet looked different than the actual product in color. As it turns out, I thought I was ordering something similar to what I already had in a different color. What I received was a duplicate of a blouse I already had. The blouse was the only item that the color online was different. The camis and dresses looked exactly like the photos.

It is easy to navigate on Lane Bryant's site. The photos are good, descriptions and product information are available. Good value for the money.

I placed my order on NOv 26th, it still hasn't even processed yet. I contacted customer service, email only available, not a live person, and was told 3days ago that it would ship overnight in 24 hours. Still has not processed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be shocked if it ever does. This NEVER happens with Avenue.com

This is the second time I have ordered from lane bryant online in 2 years. The last time, I received my items on time, however was sent 1 item in the wrong size. It took over 2 weeks from the time they received the item back, until they shipped the correct size. This time, the carrier shows my package as delivered, but I have not received it. Next time I will just go to the store. They obviously can't keep up with other merchants and do business online acurrately and timely.

I was promised a date,and received a postcard that it won't arrive until the 31st which is after Christmas. I tried to call and cancel the order and continuously stayed on hold.

This was my first and second on-line shopping trip with Lane Bryant. The items were shipped the following day after my purchase. I received notification from Lane Bryant with a detailed list of what had been sent and the tracking number. I received the free shipping offer and still received the items within 5 business days. It was easy - I wish all my shopping trips could be like this!

I ordered a bunch of stuff off of their site for NYE. I received only one order, and am still waiting for the other two. They said there was a delay in shipping, and if I didn't recieve the order before 12-28, my order would be cancelled! What I don't understand is how my friend ordered similar items at a later time, and has recieved everything she ordered. Plus, I don't want my items to be cancelled! And, I would like them by NYE!!!
