Subject Line : Overnight Shipping status?
Message : When I placed order #82139263 I selected overnight shipping. The customer service page says that if you order overnight service by 3:00 ET that you will receive it by 4:30 the next day. I ordered this on Sunday, so if you received it Monday morning I would have expected to receive it by now (Wednesday night)since they are marked as in stock. I paid for overnight shipping because I need these items for a trip I am leaving for on Sunday. What are the chances I will get my order prior to Sunday?

When you place an order online, the bank that issued your credit card places an authorization on the account as soon as you click the "Submit" button. This happens even when the order is not successfully submitted. This temporary authorization may remain on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
We recommend contacting your issuing bank to verify the billing information on file for you and then resubmitting your order.
