I was lured in by an Internet $15 coupon, and really regretted the experience at the Lane Bryant Catalog On-line Store. The sale seemed to be just what I was looking for, but because of their USER UNFRIENDLY site, I couldn't complete an order during the 4 days of the sale. Repeated emails to customer service for their promised 72 hours response to help, never came to fruition.

Items kept disappearing out of my shopping cart, then reappearing in duplicate. Eventually there was 0 in my cart. It would not accept the $15 coupon, even when the total amount was well over the minimum requirement. Sent another email for customer service help. The next day I tried the order again, one of my items was no longer available. I appreciate that part of their ordering system, but it was there the day before, and I really wanted that "buy one get another 1/2 price" set of earrings.

Not to be redundant, this went on every day for 4 days. As part of my original order disappeared from the available list, I added new things to keep the total $ up. But it still would not let me go from the shopping cart to the order page. More emails were sent daily, and to this day, still no answer to my pleas for help.

The day after the sale ended, I wanted to see what was left and tried again. Strangely, the jewelry was still available, but I couldn't order an odd number. I did order two tops and 2 sets of different earrings and completed the order without using the coupon. Still no answer from Customer Service.
The items just arrived and the one cotton tank top smelled like tuna fish. I washed it twice before it smelled normal.
I won't be ordering anything from them any time soon. I much prefer JMS (Just My Size)Internet site or catalog. I wear a 2X and do a lot of clothing shopping on line, because there is a bigger selection and it's easier than driving all over town trying to find stylish larger sizes.
