There are so many things I like about Lands' End that I wish they had a better clothing selection! I have their website bookmarked and it's the first place I go for certain items.

I've purchased everything from bathing suits (best fitting and larger cup sizes!) to quilts and have rarely been disappointed. Unfortunately, the clothing styles are very simple and dull - not the place to look for something fashionable, but a great place to buy the basics. I have turtlenecks, tank tops, socks and bathing suits that I bought from Land's end 3 or 4 years ago that still look like new. Ditto for my bed linens and quilts. My husband's dress shirts (great selection here) look beautiful wash after wash after wash.

Customer service is the best I've ever some across, both online and on the phone. Shipping is prompt and returns (rarely necessary) are handled with no problems whatsoever.
