Pros:  Site is presented well, easy to use, has many options.

Cons:  None that I have found.

The Bottom Line:  Lands' End is a fabulous online store which offers casual, smart looking clothing at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this site to anyone.

I do a lot of online shopping and Lands' End is one of my favorite online shops. The store has its catalog companion, but I always find myself preferring to use the online store. It's quick and I also feel that I am safe in using the site.

For those who may be unfamiliar with Lands End, the store specializes in casual wear for men, women and children; those comfy kind of clothes which are just perfect for casual or weekend wear. But, they also have a selection of things such as things for the home, luggage and gifts.

The Lands' End store has several "substores" to its online site, such as an Overstocks section where you can find things at a discounted price, international stores which offer the site's content in a variety of other languages, and also a section for larger sizes. There's also plenty of shortcuts to finding the things you're looking for, such as the list of their most popular items right on the front page of the site and also the capability to just type in an item number from the catalog booklet and go right to the item you want. They've also got a feature called a "virtual model" where you can try the items you want to buy on a "model" that has a similar body type to your own so you can see how the item might look on you before you buy it. You can also easily track the status of any order you have made on the site.

I've never yet been left not satisfied with something I've bought from Lands' End. The delivery of the purchases is quick, the clothes are always comfortable, very generously sized, and are of the highest quality. I have only had to return one item in the years I have been ordering from Lands' End, and that was because of a choice I later made about the item I had purchased, and not a mistake on the store's part. Returning the item was very easy. No problems at all with the store.

If you are looking for reasonably priced clothing which you'll enjoy wearing and feel and look good wearing, then I would highly recommend that you take a trip to Lands' End.
