Lands' End

I have been a faithful shopper of Lands End for 11 years now.  My four boys and husband walk around in clothing that is 80% Lands End.  I never had to return one of their products because of low quality, until recently.

The last 2 years, I have had to return several things because of low quality.  The boys clothing sometimes doesn't last through the second child!  I recently opened up a box of clothes from the oldest son when I first starting buying Lands' End.  The shirts have a higher quality fabric on them than they do now.  I recently bought two down blankets that had to be returned because the quality was lower than down blankets I bought years ago AND tiny feathers were everywhere in the bedrooms!  I used to love a mocassin slipper they made and recently purchased another pair (after purchasing several pairs for family members not knowing that the quality had decreased terribly).  I was shocked when I received my recent pair...the insole kept coming out after a week's wear and the slipper didn't have the moccasin-like shoe form to it...it was a floppy, cheaply made thing!

I am so disappointed.  I used to absolutely adore Lands End.  Now I am looking to LL Bean, hoping that their quality stays high.
