 I would shop here again

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered a custom rocker/glider and ottoman.  I placed the order on December 1 in anticipation of the birth of my first grandson. The projected 12 week delivery date (March 1)has come and gone and we still have no idea when the chair will arrive.  Three phone calls from me and 2 phone calls and an email from my daughter-in-law have gotten us a lot of excuses but not one answer.  No one at the Land of Nod seems to know what is going on.  This was supposed to be a special spot for nursing and cuddling the new baby.  He is now 3 months old and I'm afraid he'll be able to rock himself by the time the chair arrives - if it ever does.

Not the quality of Crate and Barrel--don't be fooled! We ordered a glider and waited 14 weeks for it to arrive. The gliding mechanism squeaked so loud you could hear it in the whole house--not ideal for putting a newborn to sleep or nursing. After 7   Read full review...
