Not Worth the Headache!

I ordered a desk chair from the Land of Nod and was pleased that it indicated that it came fully assembled. It took 2 weeks to come and I was unable to check the order status on the company's website as it was not functioning. Finally, the chair arrived. It had virtually no packing in the box and as such, one leg was completely broken off of the chair.

Land of Nod was very pleasant on the phone and told me that a new one would be shipped immediately and that I would receive a return label to have FedEx pick up the defective one. It took another 2 weeks for the second chair to come and once again, I could not check the order status on the company's website. The replacement chair had all of its legs but had a sizable scratch on the back of the chair. The return label for the defective chair came maybe 3 weeks after the initial delivery and I had this gigantic box sitting in my living room for quite some time before it was finally picked up by FedEx. The second chair was defective but since it was only an aesthetic scratch and did not affect the functionality of the chair, I decided that I couldn't deal with the headache of another return and replacement with this company and kept it.

The furniture looks nice and hopefully will hold up well but is extremely poorly packed. Customer service is friendly but shipping is extremely slow and the website does not allow for checking order status even though it claims that it can. Overall, I would not recommend this company since there was so much aggravation associated with this order.
