Lancome

I will never use Lancome online ordering again. I ordered one tube of concealer, printed my order receipt for one, and much later received three identical orders, each packaged separately with three different order numbers.

I have repeatedly tried to get this problem resolved without having to pay for return shipping. My only way of communication is e-mail Each time, I receive a form letter response telling me to mail the products back and they will credit my return. They have billed my credit card for three orders. I feel ripped off. I do not want to incur additional expense because Lancome is unwilling to provide decent customer service.

This is totally frustrating. Lancome markets itself as high-end, but doesn't live up to its advertising. From now on, I will continue to order my Lancome from http://www.strawberrynet.com. Shipments and billing are accurate, no tax is charged, and problems are resolved through a real person.

Not very pleasant for the recent purchase!!!
I just purchased some Lancome products at their website. But never received any confirmation email or shipment email AT ALL!!!
I tried to access their lancome.com site, but it keeps poping up saying "we are experiencing technical difficulties..." so i couldn't check my order. Two days after, i signed in again. it says "order closed" in my lancome.com account info, and i still didn't receive any confirmation email from them.
So i called this morning to ask them to send me a copy of the receipt for my record. The woman was NOT NICE at all!! she was really impatient saying "i'm sorry, but there is nothing i can do. I can't re-send you anything". I told her I didn't receive any email from them, why this is "resend"???? VERY VERY dissappointed !!!!

I like EsteeLauder.com better!!!! and their customer service is much much better too!!!! Never buy from Lancome again.

I placed 2 different orders from Lancome.com on the same day. They had a free shipping promotion going on. They shipped the next day via UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. I found this surprising since big cosmetic companies usually ship via Fedex or UPS ground.

I received one of the orders in about 5 days. The second one did not arrive. I put the tracking number into the usps.com website. It said it was mis-shipped. I have been talking to my post office every day. They claim the address had the wrong city on it and that is why it has not come here. I have called Lancome.com twice and they keep saying it is on the way. I asked to cancel the order and said if it ever show up I will return to sender. They said they cannot do that unless they have the merchandise. They keep telling me to wait. It's been over 2 weeks.

Bottom line - they use the cheapest, most inefficient way of shipping if they are paying. Customer service is not the best.

Lancome is one of my favorite make-up brands, so when I went shopping on-line I knew what to expect- great service! I ordered Hypnose mascara, eyeshadow and a make-up remover. I got it all under three days and I also got some free samples. It's was definitely not my last time shopping on-line.

I have a few Lancome products that I routinely use, and now I just go to their site to order them, saving sales tax. I only order when it will be over $50 (not hard to do!) so there is never any shipping cost.

I have been very well pleased with their speed of service and with the nice samples I always receive (I get to choose from 4 or 5 pre-selected items). They're usually generously sized and give me a chance to try new products risk free!

Lancome store was a good experience. I received my juicy tube in under three days and the color I chose was exactly what I saw on the site. I also received a few free samples which was great.

I was looking for the perfect mascara and I have to say Lancome has it.

The fact that I don't have to wonder again in Macy's or Sephora's isles to get the product I need and buy it directly from the company's web site, is amazing!

This is a very easy site to purchase from. You have to register with their website to make a purchase, but if you use Lancome products, it is to your benefit to register because you will receive e-mail offers for samples and free shipping. The customer service is good about returns and/or replacing products. I especially like this website because you can easily see the different colors of their makeup products. The site provides a lot of options if you have any special concerns or questions about any of the Lancome products. Shipments are prompt and I have never received anything which was not ordered, or damaged.
