Would never do business with these people ever again. Bought a Cisco router at a really good price only to find out that they don't give you the warranty under your name. It's under some German company. When I asked for the warranty, they said that they would replace the router at no cost to me. I got the same router back from them with a note that read, :RMA/ REFUSED PRODUCT RECIEVED WITH PHYSICAL DAMAGE BROKEN POWER SUPPLY ADAPTER. RETURN TO CUSTOMER" Holly cow! I got back a router that was broken, just as they wrote, and they blamed me for it saying that, that's how I sent it to them. I never opened the router, because they told me that they would replace it for free. Anyway, I wanted to talk with a manager, who happened to be in a meeting at that time, left a message with my name and number. It's been over 5 days and I have yet to hear from these people. Still waiting for a call back.

The price for the D-Link DWL-122 was the best that I could find. It was so good that I was expecting to be disappointed by a refurbished unit when it arrived. I was very pleased to see that it was a brand new unit that worked flawlessly with my HUMAX TiVo. The only problem that I ran into was the shipment tracking number given to me had a typo. By the time I got the correct shipping number, the package had already arrived. Other than the typo, I was very impressed with LAN Street.

The only negative thing I can say is that a expensive package coming from FedEx Ground should require a signature and not left on my porch......especially in the cold of Wisconsin.

Great price and delivery. Minor problem with FedEx's delivery (EVER TRY TO CALL FEDEX AND TALK TO A PERSON?) - but worked out ok as FEd EX signed out the delivery and dumped packages in one of our fleet vehicles. Best price and delivery I could find. Saved a few hundred dollars.
