I found a picture of what I was looking for on your site, and ordered it via computer. The contractor has not hung it yet, but it appears to be in good condition. Took several calls to find out why my order had not shipped. It turned out that it was not in at the Warehouse and they had ordered from a store location of Lamps Plus who never shipped. They finally shipped from the warehouse and would not pick up the expense of faster delivery when I explained I had an electrician already scheduled and could not reschedule (house under contraction and contractor tightly scheduled sub contractors) Now I need to hire the electrician to come back once the light fixture shows up. I was never told of the possible delay due to not having this in stock.  I would not shop here again	Author's Rating: Customer service: On-time delivery:

I'm always impressed with the quality of the merchandise I buy from Lamps Plus--so much better than I find in our local stores. I'm also impressed with the packaging of every item I've received--never a problem with shipping damage. One of the lamps had flaws and we contacted Lamps Plus for a replacement. The pick up occurred and we are waiting for the replacement to arrive. The other lamps and area rug are beautiful editions to our home and we would definitely check out Lamps Plus for future purchases.  I would shop here again	Author's Rating:

I was very disappointed in the quality and size of the lamps I purchased. I am hesitant to order from this retailer again online. When I have time, I will give the lamps to "charity" and use them as a tax write-off for a charitable donation. They were worthless to me. The only reason I didn't return them is that I no longer had the boxes and did not feel up to packing or shipping them back or hasseling over a refund!!! I was disappointed because I called instead of doing it online to insure that the items were available and not back ordered. I had an electrician scheduled for input and only found out days later via email that some of the items were back ordered. Others were being delayed. The only item I recieved for my electrician was the fan light. Although the women helping me was terrific my frustration in delivery ruined my experience with this company.
