Was first told would be delivered within 30 days then had an update to say there is a delay and a new del date - almost 4 months!

To-date they have delivered as expected. I look for discounts and sales on quality items and excellent brands on the web and Lamps Plus offer a great variety on their products. Service and delivery is also important. I will continue to look for sales in their web site.

On-line customer service was helpful. Store employee in Dublin did not want to accept return of incorrect merchandise. She said I should take it with me and work with the on-line personnel.

I was concerned about purchasing lamps on-line, as I thought they might be damaged or broken in the mail. However, the lamps were packed so well that nothing could have happened to them. I was so pleased the lamps are so attractive and undamaged.

First the order was delayed for some credit card verification and then it took forever to actually get the product. It is a good lamp but I wasn't impressed for the amount of money it cost.

Whenever I think lighting, I always go to this merchant. They have great selection and prices, and the website is easy to navigate. I also like Bill Pay. I even recently recommended them to someone. There was only one time I was disappointed in Lamps Plus. My husband and I earlier this summer were looking for an outdoor table lamp and coordinating floor lamp for our screened porch. Lamps Plus did not have any such outdoor lamps. We ended up buying them at Target (which was fine, but we would have preferred to do Bill Pay).

Took several calls to find out why my order had not shipped. It turned out that it was not in at the Warehouse and they had ordered from a store location of Lamps Plus who never shipped. They finally shipped from the warehouse and would not pick up the expense of faster delivery when I explained I had an electrician already scheduled and could not reschedule (house under contraction and contractor tightly scheduled sub contractors) Now I need to hire the electrician to come back once the light fixture shows up. I was never told of the possible delay due to not having this in stock.

I'm always impressed with the quality of the merchandise I buy from Lamps Plus--so much better than I find in our local stores. I'm also impressed with the packaging of every item I've received--never a problem with shipping damage. I've recommended this company to several friends because of the selection and quality of their merchandise, timely receipt of purchases, and excellent packaging for shipping.

One of the lamps had flaws and we contacted Lamps Plus for a replacement. The pick up occurred and we are waiting for the replacement to arrive. The other lamps and area rug are beautiful editions to our home and we would definitely check out Lamps Plus for future purchases.

I was very disappointed in the quality and size of the lamps I purchased. I am hesitant to order from this retailer again online. When I have time, I will give the lamps to "charity" and use them as a tax write-off for a charitable donation. They were worthless to me. The only reason I didn't return them is that I no longer had the boxes and did not feel up to packing or shipping them back or hasseling over a refund!!! I HATE the lamps!!!
