I ordered a fringed lamp from LampsUSA.com and the lamp was exquisite and much more beautiful than in the photo on the website. Very high quality product....fast shipping and excellent service. I will definitely order from them in the future!

I would never buy from them again. They advertised a lamp at a certain price. I ordered the lamp. They confirmed the order and price via email. Later, I received a second email saying my order was cancelled due to the fact that the manufacturer had discontinued making the lamp.

I called the manufacturer myself and was told that they had NOT discontinued making the lamp and, as a matter of fact, they had it in stock.

I called LampsUSA to let them know the lamp was still available from the manufacturer. They said they would check into it, and called me a couple of days later to say they could get it, but it would cost me nearly $100 more.

I asked them to honor the advertised price, that they had confirmed to me in an email and they refused. I do not agree with that way of doing business. I talked to several people at LampsUSA and got many variations on the story, but bottom line, they wanted a huge price increase.

They would not sell me the lamp at the advertised price.

I had a very pleasant experience with LampsUSA.com. I purchased a set of Derek Rustic Antler Lamps from them. They were out of stock but they let me know as soon as they came in. They shipped them to me that very day and I received them 2 days later! I was very surprised they shipped them so fast! They were packed extremely well and were in perfect condition. I am Very Happy with them.
I had been looking for these particular lamps for a couple of weeks. I found them on an Online Auction, and was watching the auction, when I happened to surf onto the LampsUSA.com website. I was surprised that LampsUSA.com had them for so much cheaper and their shipping was alot cheaper.
I contacted LampsUSA with questions several times. I got replies the same day, from a Teresa. She was very friendly and professional.
Needless to say, I highly recommend shopping on LampsUSA.com.

I had been looking for Lamp Shades for a couple of weeks and found LampsUSA on a search engine. Found just what I was looking for and I ordered 2 STIFFEL shades and 2 crystal FINIALS. The lamps shades came in in 2 days. The Finials are being shipped from the manufacturer separately. Just unbelievable wonderful customer service & delivery. One lampshade had a mark on it and when I called LampsUSA, was told that they would replace it immediately.

Very speedy delivery. I ordered 1 Quiozel Tiffany lamp and 2 Stiffel shades from the specials area and they all arrived in 4 days in perfect condition. Prices were good.
