 My veterinary recomended the use of the product Critical Care for my rabbit.I found this company on internet, I order this product  late night april 22 and today april 24 at one pm my rabbit canela receive her Critical Care food.This company is awesome.

Delivery was semi adequate in time, order was accurate, shipment arrived damaged and contents were not able to be used. Customer service was helpful in filing claim with carrier, but refuses to refund my money until they get theirs from the carrier. I'm out all the money and products until they get their money. Is this an ethical business practice, making a customer wait for a refund? It's been several weeks and still no refund. I can't afford to buy from a company and not get a good product... let alone if there is a problem then I am their banker until they get money from someone else. Oye vey!

I am very satisfied with this store in all aspects competitive prices. Accurate timely orders (actually pretty fast shipping) have been a customer for 1.5 years now and have never had a single problem with any aspect with this online store. I bought 1 year worth of medicine for my dog and they sent me medicine that would expire in 6 months. I have used Lambriar for years and to my surprise customer service was not helpful in fact they were rude! It's really disheartening to find that after I have been a good customer for years they refuse to take care of me when they made a mistake. If that weren’t bad enough after wasting my money they give me the "snotty customer service" routine! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning the expired medicine. Lambriar refuses to respond to the BBB. Lambriar will not return my phone calls either. I am stuck with half a year of outdated medicine from a company that I have done business with for years. They are obliviously not concerned with their customers nor their reputation. Yes they have cheap prices, but if you choose to buy from them I hope you fair better than I did.

I've bought medications and shampoos from Lambriar since January 2002 and have always been satisfied with the service, shipping and products. Their prices are also better than any other pet supply store I've seen.

Prices are great IF YOU WOULD EVER GET YOUR ITEMS FROM THEM.
I ordered from them on March 16th today is March 29,2006 and I still have not recieved anything from these people called today AGIN on March 29.2006 and they said it was shipped priority on the 21st of March 8 days ago and they would track it. I ship every day priority and its 2 - 3 days.Just got a call back from them they claimed there machine wiuld not print a label to my address so they shipped it to my P.O. Box.However I get packages at my address from priority ,fedex and ups every day considering I run a online store. If you did your dogs meds in a timely order I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND these people.Thankfully I got another prescription.

I recently received prescription medications for my dog from our vet, & was unsure of the exact ordering procedure. I initially contacted customer service thru the web site, & was quickly & efficiently helped by Rochelle. After several emails back & forth, I was able to determine first if the med was available, & then the correct ordering procedure. She was extremely patient & knowledgeable in her assistance. The meds my dog needs are now on their way in a very timely manner, & I now know the procedure for the next time I need to refill/order new meds. Thanks!

I called Lambriar On a Friday afternoon and needed puppy milk replacer for some puppies that had just lost their momma. And the sale person said that they were done shipping for that day but went the extra mile to get shipping to do one more package for an overnight Saturday delivery so my puppies would not go hungry.

They were fast to ship. Received all my stuff next day as promised. Only thing I didn't like is I did not receive a shipping conformation or tracking number which I am accustom too. Great prices though!

I trust in the Lambriar customer service staff as being the most knowledgable in the business. I have spoken with their veterinarian on many occasions which is something most internet sites can not offer.
Speed of delivery is always good and the packaging very professional.
The best the industry has to offer, in my opinion.

I ordered some products on February 12 and it is now February 19th and my order still hasn't shipped. They sent me an e-mail about one product being back-ordered (there was no indication on the website that this product was out of stock), and then I told them to cancel that one item and just send my stuff. That was several days ago and I haven't heard anything back, and since they haven't charged my credit card, I assume that they haven't shipped my order. I would not recommend this seller to others; they seem to be unprofessional and slow.
