I did not purchase on line but at a store. The elastic rope of both chairs broke witnin 6 months and the agent in israel continuously said he could not get me white to match my chair and therefore would not be able to repair either of them

the part i recieved was not the correct part for my chair, but i modified it via a band saw and it now fits and works perfectly. I'll probably have to order a new streatchy cord to replace the current one its getting worn and needs replacing...

I bought 4 chairs last month and then received notice of a 15% discount the next day. I found the online shopping frustrating and hard to find the way to actually purchase. It was only the second order that I found the discount of $5 off.

The experience was good although I tried to contact them immediately after I made an online purchase to upgrade the items but was told they were unable to do so. Once an order was placed, customer service was not able to make changes or upgrades even though the items were not yet shipped. If they could remedy that, it would have been a near perfect transaction. I am happy with the products I received, however.

great product! When I sit/lay in this chair, the pressure is totally off of my lower back. I actually get out of bed in the middle of the night and sit in this chair to alleviate my horrible low back pain! This chair is more comfortable than my bed and sofa! Since using this chair for the past few weeks, my herniated disk pain(L-4 and L-5/S1) is remarkably improved! Whenever I start feeling the pain set in, I just RELAX in my Futura chair and I'm in heaven! I wish I knew about this chair 8 months ago when I injured myself initially. I'm convinced my condition would be resolved my now had I used this chair from the onset! Oh well, better late than never! FYI- I'm buying 2 more for holiday gifts this year. My family will love them! Thanks Lafuma!!!
