LL Bean

My husband's Mother always shopped at LL Bean back before the Internet. My husband was spoiled for the quality of their clothing. I believe I began to shop online at their store about 10 years ago. I have found LL Bean to be a good company with excellent customer service as well as resolving problems rapidly. I have always received my merchandise quickly and it has usually been accurate. Around Christmas time, they tend to be a bit slower to deliver but it does arrive when they say it will.


I have had to return a few items that did not fit and I had no problems with customer support. They were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They do not put me on hold for very long at a time, like some companies do. They solved the problems with just one phone call.



The shipping cost is a bit on the expensive side but I will continue to shop online at their stores. The customer service and the quality of the items is worth the price of shipping.

I always know I will get my order in a timely manner and it will be just what I ordered or they will make it right with me. I know I will not have to make several calls just to solve a problem.
