 I would shop here again

I wasn't very happy with my order at lego.com. I was ordering for my son for Christmas and one of the items that I wanted came up as being available for delivery on December 14. When I did the purchase, I added one more item as well which were two things that he really wanted for Christmas. When December 14 arrived, lego.com shipped the one item but not the other and said that they had run out of the item but now I am unable to get the item anywhere. I sent an email asking why they didn't ship both items and they said they ran out of stock and didn't really show any interest in fixing the situation. I would not recommend using them for Christmas or Birthday presents especially for children.

I was looking for 3 specific lego knights kingdom toys for my nephew. You had them all on your sites. The screen said they were in stock but when I clicked on them to buy it said they were unavailable! What a disappointment! Why say that things are available only to not let your consumers buy what they were looking for and that you said you had and were selling?! Please stop jerking your online shoppers around by saying that you have certain items for sale then when they are trying to purchase them you so cleverly say the item isn't available for them to buy.

I generally find that the store site for company products tend to be higher than hitting some of the big online discount spaces (amazon, overstock, wal mart etc). This really is nuts, because certainly it must mean more money for a store to sell   Read full review...

I have purchased quite a few things from this store. They often have great deals on items, shipping is very fast, they answer the phone quickly and customer service is great. Highly recommended.

I've ordered online from them 5 times. Once they added a $10 item after I checked out and had my total. I called once I caught it and they made it up to me by letting me keep item and credited my account the amount of that "extra" item. The other 4 times everything went very well and I will continue to shop there in the future.
