Purchase a HP 60XL cartridge, which is reported to make up to 600 copies. I have made approx. 75 to 80 copies and the indicator is recording 3/4 used. I called last week with my concern, and was told to wait, as the indicator are not always correct. I believe the cartridge was not filled with the XL quantity of ink, but the agent was not willing to make an adjustment. If I am correct, I could be sitting here with a printer and no ink. I have purchased from the company before without any problems. I believe I should receive a replacement.

shopping experience great, my concern is that the ink indicator shows that the ink is empty wish that could be dealt with successfully You know what I am referring to, yes? the ink is there but because it is a refurbished cartridge is doesn't register that the ink is full
