I found LACC just by chance on the internet when we were looking for a paper tray for an HP printer. They had the best price I could find anywhere, and they had it in stock. I needed the tray overnighted, and it was late in the day, so I wasn't really very hopeful that I would get it. I placed the order at 4:30CST and it arrived the next morning with no problem. I was very pleased! I have since ordered several other products from LACC and have consistently found the best pricing on everything I have ordered and have been very satisfied with the timliness of the product delivery. The only thing that I think could be improved was that they did not automatically send me a tracking number for the shipments like a lot of other on-line vendors do. It was very easy to get the tracking number, though - I just emailed their customer support and they sent it to me very quickly, within a couple of hours.

I found an HP Photosmart 8150 on the LA Computer website for the lowest price anywhere. It's a refurb but when I got it everything about it looked new. It works great and I am very happy with this purchase. Ordering was easy and quick, which I like and it arrived in a minimum amount of time. No hassles, no problems - just everything went fine. I recommend LA Computer.

I have found the pricing very competitive if not the lowest for this HP switch component I am getting.
Because I was a new customer and we don't have a company credit card, we went the PO and check prepay route.
Raffe was my contact there and he was able to help me out. The only thing I can negatively comment on is that I have to call several times to follow up on the order after sending the check a couple of weeks into it and still not receiving a confirmation or update that the check cleared and the item shipped. I could have potentially waited weeks more if I have not followed up. Because we want the item but had not needed it immediately we are ok. If there was a finite timeline this would've been a big issue with us. Overall a correctable issue with sales. The product came in just fine and in excellent condition.

We needed to replace a Jet Direct card in an HP2200 ASAP and with enough margin to pass a good price to our client while staying profitable. Often, finding both in one company is difficult and when I saw their price and I ordered it next day (the shipping price was VERY fair) I assumed that I would have it in 3-5 days as many companies have a 48 hour processing period. NOPE! I got it next day! My client was printing, paid a fair price, and we made money thanks to LACC! From CA to GA that quickly and cheap I would highly recommend!

LA Computer Center On line Store will provide you with excellent communication regarding your order status via numerous email confirmations. I purchased toner through them because they had the best price for the cartridge I needed. I purchased Hewlett Packard color toner for my HP Color Laser Jet 2550n. The HP Color Laser Jet toner shipped in a timely manner. Tracking information provided was accurate. Additionally, I felt secure in my credit card being processed through them as they take extra care in verifying address accuracy with your account. When the toner arrived it was well packed and arrived with zero damage from shipping.

I had a great buying experience with LA Computer Center. They had the best price on the printers I was looking for, I received my order very fast (especially considering that they are in CA and I am in OH) and they had great communication and follow-up on the process of my order and even after I received the printers (When was the last time you had an internet company follow-up with you AFTER the sale??). I would definitely not purchase an item from this company. I purchased what was supposed to be a new HP Laser printer from them. It arrived with a defective fuser. After weeks of trying to get them to take this unit back, I received an email from the "supplier" they sourced the printer from. AN EBAY SELLER WHO SOLD THE PRINTER THAT HIS PARENTS HAD GIVEN TO HIM AS A GIFT!! Yes, LA Computer Center sold as new a laser printer they bought on an ebay auction. I would definitely be wary of any item purchased from this company.
