DO NOT BUY from LACC- poor customer service, poor return policy

Customer service is horrible- they tried to stiff me upon return. Had to work w/ AMEX to file complaint and receive credit. After daily attempts to return a defective item they finally issued an RMA which I had to ship to MN and upon confirmed shipping receipt they finally said they would issue a credit- 4 weeks later no credit was recieved. I finally got ahold of somene live in Customer Service and they said they had given me a credit, then she stumbled and said no credit had been given, then said a re-stocking fee was required. Blah, blah, blah. After that they went dark on me w/ no response ever again, and no credit was ever issued - I was out $488.00 dollars and had to work through AMEX to get it resolved. Please avoid at all costs- I've never written a poor review or complaint before, but felt obligated to let others know about this scam. It's not worth the time or the aggravation to save a dollar- hours upon hours of my time were lost. Google should pull their privileges immediately and do the responsible thing by warning their users about their poor business tactics. DO NOT BUY From LACC.
