What an incredible company and without a doubt the best store ever. I bought a pair of black clogs online late last year and loved them but after only four months the grommet on the strap broke. I sent them back under their lifetime guarantee program expecting to be denied because I did not have the receipt. Instead what I got was a brand new pair of clogs together with a check for $8.36 because the price on them had gone down. No questions asked, no receipt needed, nothing, just a new pair of shoes. I will never order boots or outerwear again from anyone else. Plus the online store is super easy to get around and find what I wanted. The merchandise selection is awesome. Shipment prices and times are very favorable. Overall you just can’t beat their products or prices, especially with the lifetime guarantee. Since then I have purchase a winter coat from myself, a couple of fleeces for my daughter and son, and a really cool pair of winter boots. I am really excited because they are now opening a new store about 45 minutes from me! But I will always be an online customer also.
