In September, 2009, I purchased a Yamaha Modus digital piano from Kraft Music, and was very impressed with the customer service which I received from Adam.  He was very knowledgeable and helpful concerning the product features.  When I requested information about a floppy disk drive that was available (and necessary) to play my Yamaha PianoSoft Disks on the Modus, Adam called the manufacturer and I had my order placed within a few hours for this optional item.  I received my Modus four business days after it shipped, on schedule, and Adam followed-up to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase.  Although not the most important issue in my purchase, the price offered by Kraft Music for this product was by far the lowest price that I had seen during my prior several months of research for this item.

I found the Kraft music store through Ebay, and watched a very helpful video on YouTube about the product I was interested in.  They offered really great deals on keyboard packages, including a quality gig bag and stand, a music book, and a flash drive - really great things to have!  Living in New York, I figured it would take at least a week for the three boxes from Wisconsin to get to me, but it took TWO DAYS! For free!  I was very impressed with the quality of their service and the speed of the shipping.  They offer a lot of package deals for instruments and they are very helpful and approachable, even for online customers!  Highly recommended!  Thanks Kraft Music!

I really am quite pleased with the piano package that I got at Kraft Music.  I got the piano, bench, piano stand, headphones and a music lesson book for the same price as I would have paid for the piano alone at other merchants. 

The shipping was included, too.  It arrived very quickly, and when I had a question, I called them and a real live human being answered the phone on the second ring. He kindly answered my question.  The "human touch" is important to me in a world of "press one for customer service" and "please wait while your call is transferred." 

I would definitely recommend Kraft Music to a friend, and would be happy to do business with them again.

I purchased the YAMAHA P-155 with the home essentials kit. The service was amazing, they shipped the product right away. I had some sort of damage on the keyboard and had to replace it. They took it back, sent me a UPS label for return and the replacement keyboard within less than a week. Special thanks to Scott - the sales guy that helped me to get the replacement. The price was the best - I compared with other places MusicianFriend, SamAsh and others - they are the cheapest, around 10% less. Would buy there again!

My siblings and I purchased a Yamaha keyboard package for a Mother's Day gift.  I did quite a bit of comparison shopping.  The service from Kraft Music was exceptional and the price was good.  All my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly via e-mail and telephone.  Can't say the same for one of their competitors, who used a computer-generated generic e-mail response which did not answer any of my questions.  Once I selected Kraft Music, a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson went over my order in detail.  The shipping was speedy, and the product arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.  My mom loves her new keyboard.  I would definitely recommend this company to others!

We purhcased a Yamaha Nocturne N100 digital piano from Kraft Music. My whole interaction with the sales representative was flawless. He was very professional, courteous and knowleadgeble and very much available for questions during the few weeks prior to the purchase, when I was trying to make up my mind about the right model to buy. I didn't feel pressured at all. The delivery was fast, as promised. One of the items (the stool) was damaged, but I called to let them know and I had a new one shipped to me in 4 days.

My experience at Kraft Music was very satisfactory.  They were able to order the items I wanted even though they normally didn't stock them. The sales person I spoke with was very helpful and made sure to get everything correct.  He also was quick to answer questions after my order was placed and even checked on me after I received the order to make sure everything was as I expected. I ordered a console digital piano Tuesday morning and it arrived the very next day...halfway across the country! 24 hours from ordering to set up and playing, amazing.  Scott at Kraft was very helpful, informative and patient. He even substituted a nicer bench in the bundle for no extra cost.  Really, I couldn't be more pleased.

Kraft Music Rocks!
I recently purchased a Fender CD220SCE Guitar essentials bundle from Kraft Music.  I had several questions about the guitar and the various accessories so I called them and talked with their very knowledgeable sales and support staff.  I thought there might be a catch to the deal they were offering but found they were not hiding anything and were totally honest with me.
I placed the order and received the guitar package.  I am very pleased with the purchase; the guitar was set up perfectly for me and has a very nice sound.  The hard shell case and guitar stand are very nice and the electronic tuner works great.
Not only was the merchandise excellent but the sales staff went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and followed up with me later to make sure I wasn’t having problems with anything.  I will definately buy from this company in the future!

My service experience with Kraft Music exceeded my expectations right from the start.

First of all, I could not find a package deal for exactly what I needed in a digital piano package. So I figured it never hurts to ask. They delivered wonderfully -- Scott worked with me to remove things from a package that I didn't want/need and substituted things I did want/need so I could still get the best price on a package that had everything I needed and nothing I didn't.

The shipping was prompt and exactly as advertised.

The digital piano package was packed very well, had all of the parts, assembled without any problems, and everything was in brand-new condition.

Based on my experience with my digital piano package purchase, I would definitely consider Kraft again for any future instrument needs I may have.

 I bought a YAMAHA HS-80M Complete Audio Bundle 
at Kraft Music after reading the reviews. It was the best move I ever made. Scott made the experience totally stress free and hands down an enjoyable,easy experience. The HS80 soundz are fantastic and paired with the HS10 Subwoofer, totally rounds out the top and bottom ends better than any computer monitor setup out there for the price. Scott made sure the the Auralex Pads were included(they hold the speakers perfectly) and was very prompt in his shipping. I added a Gramma pad for the Sub. All arrived right on Time!
Get your stuff from these guys and you wont be disappointed!

I had narrowed down my choice of digital piano's to two, but was unsure of which one to buy. I called Kraft Music and Scott helped me decide which one would be best for my needs. I made the purchase with Scott and the piano was shipped to my home promptly.

Purchased a CE200 the first week of Dec.08 and recieved it in MD in 4 days. Excellent web site....first rate phone back up also. Great price, great service.....simple....Kraft's a winner. Would recommend them for anybody concerned about puchasing a bigger ticket item as the trucking service phoned in advance for delivery right to the door and the rather large unit arrived in excellent condition.

I am extremely pleased with Kraft Music for their excellent customer service and follow-through with my on-line order.  Scott Collins was knowledgeable about the product and answered all of my questions.  The estimate Scott gave me was right on target.  The order came exactly when he said it would and I was able to track the order from the moment it left their store.  The product (electronic drums) arrived with no damage and was very easy to setup and play.

Kraft Music did everything they said they would do and were extremely courteous and professional.  Even though I am hundreds of miles away and have music stores (including on-line stores) closer to where I live, I would purchase from Kraft Music again with no hesitation.  It's good to know that companies like Kraft Music still exists.

A dissatisfying experience! I placed an order with Kraft Music for an item that cost about $675, specifying different billing and shipping addresses. Kraft e-mailed me back and asked me to have the shipping address added to my VISA account as an "alternate address": This is Kraft's little way of beating back credit card fraud. I telephoned the number on the back of my VISA, but the rep I spoke with said they couldn't do what Kraft was asking. Kraft then gave me another number, which I called, and I got the same response--not possible. Kraft's answer was to offer me a 2% discount if I would pay by money order or certified check. I canceled my order: VISA warranties my purchases; check and money order purchases wouldn't. I got back on the web and found other vendors who offered a comparable or slightly better deal. I placed my order with a highly-rated vendor that has no problem with the concept of different shipping and billing addresses.

I had a very positive experience with this company. I ordered a Yamaha P-90 stage piano with a lot of accessories. I was impressed with the selection and prices of the merchandise. My order totaled around $1100, which is much less than the prices I found a local music stores. Kraft shipped the items very promptly(and for free!). They arrived all in working order, and I am a very satisfied customer.
