I wanted to write to tell you how pleased and happy I am with my online buying experiences at Kraft Music. 

Your website is set up very well.  The bundled package Kraft Music offers for the Rolland TD-12 electronic drum set gave me everything I needed to get started.   

Your company was the only one I found that was thinking through the buying experience and providing a complete package.  It would have been a lot more time and work for me to run around to get the drum throne, hi-hat stand, headphones and sticks that you bundled in to give me everything I needed.

I was impressed by the quality of the bundle additions.  Where the temptation may have been to throw in low quality stuff to round out the package, what I got was hi quality stuff that performs very well.  The headphones could especially have been mediocre, but they sound great and are very comfortable.  The Rolland quality is great, and everything about my kit is great.  I’m also happy with the Rolland PA system I bought for times when I want to jam with others and need sound projection.  

You guys offer great product at very competitive prices.

After I got the set in, I loved it so much, I ordered another tom tom and cymbal package to max out the setup (use up all the available electronic ports).  

Adam, both times I ordered product, you were very easy to work with and knowledgeable.  You gave me that confidence that I was dealing with a good company (halfway across the country).  I appreciated the way you went the extra mile to make sure that the items were physically in stock and that they got shipped to me the same day.  It was great to call in and know that my gear was on its way the same day.  Everything arrived on schedule in accordance with what you had told me, and everything was in good shape.
