The Kraft Music website is very easy to navigate. The order I placed for a Yamaha bench and keyboard stand was shipped the following business day (I placed an evening order), arrived UPS Ground, and was well packed.

kraftmusic.com took all of the hassle out of what would have been a long shopping trip; meaning, three young boys complaining about not wanting to be out shopping as they attempted to terrorize the store.

Overall, I had a very pleasant shopping experience with no hassles and no returns. Fabulous site for those times when you know what you need and you don't have much time.

The Site

Three search methods are available on the website. For quick shopping, there's the Search Kraft Music... option. For Brand browsing, there's the Jump to a Brand... option or the list of brands on the lower left-hand side. And for serious window shoppers, there are eight tabs at the top or a list of choices down the left-hand side; namely...

After you find a product, the method of order placement is basically the same as every other on-line retailer. You add the item to your cart; proceed to checkout; sign-up/sign-in; choose a shipping method; enter/verify your payment information; review the order; finalize. Nothing new that I noticed. You then receive an email regarding your order and a few more follow-up emails to let you know when the order is finalized and ships. A week or so later, your package arrives. It's as easy as that!
